Just as all Cathy's Rum Cakes have been since their creation in 1975, our cakes are quick-frozen to preserve quality and freshness until you choose to defrost and serve them. The cake will arrive frozen on your doorstep and can be stored in the freezer or can be defrosted to enjoy. Cake care instructions are included in your shipment and available on-line.
